Kasey provides AI-assisted style, wardrobe, fit, shopping, capsule, travel-packing, and related recommendations.

Kasey's recommendations are provided for informational and personal-use purposes. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Recommendations regarding fit, sizing, appearance, availability, price, product characteristics, travel conditions, or other matters are not guarantees. You remain responsible for purchasing, wardrobe, travel, and other decisions you make.

Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account use.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Kasey.

You grant Kasey a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, modify as technically necessary, and otherwise use your content for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, personalizing, developing, and improving the Services.

This license lasts for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide content you submit.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Kasey to violate law; infringe another person's rights; interfere with or disrupt the Services; circumvent security or access controls; introduce malicious code; scrape or systematically extract Kasey's content or data without authorization; reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it; impersonate others; or use the Services fraudulently or abusively.

Intellectual Property

Except for user content and third-party materials, Kasey and its software, branding, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, functionality, and other proprietary materials are owned by Kasey or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Kasey or its intellectual property.

Product, Travel, and Third-Party Recommendations

Kasey may identify or recommend products, retailers, travel experiences, or other third-party offerings.

We do not control third-party inventory, pricing, sizing, descriptions, availability, shipping, returns, services, safety, or performance. Always confirm important information directly with the applicable third party before purchasing or booking.

Affiliate Relationships

Some links may be affiliate links. Kasey may earn a commission or other compensation if you click or purchase or book through those links, at no additional cost to you unless otherwise disclosed.

Affiliate compensation does not determine the ranking of Kasey's recommendations.

AI-Generated Content

Kasey uses artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate for your circumstances, or different from what another person would recommend. You should use your own judgment and verify information important to a purchase, booking, or other decision.

Service Changes

Kasey is an evolving service. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may establish or change usage limits, including limits applicable to free features.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KASEY AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that recommendations will be accurate or achieve a particular result.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KASEY AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KASEY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID KASEY DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kasey and its owners and affiliates from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person's rights.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Arkansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Termination

You may stop using Kasey at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address fraud, abuse, or security concerns.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
